Still interested in using Google AdSense? Let us know.

Hello,

We noticed that you haven't logged in to your Google AdSense account or generated an ad impression in over two years. If you're still interested in participating in the AdSense program, you'll need to log in to your account within the next 30 days.

If you've forgotten the password to your Google AdSense account, you can reset it. You're also welcome to visit our login troubleshooter designed to help you to regain access to your account.

If no action is taken within 30 days, we'll begin automatically closing accounts that have not had any impression or login activity for the past two years. Earnings accumulated on your AdSense account fall above our cancellation threshold, which means you can receive a final payment if you complete all required payment verification steps.

If you're no longer interested in participating in the AdSense program, but would like to receive your accumulated earnings, please complete all payment verification steps first. Then, you can close your AdSense account by following these instructions:

  1. Log in to your account at www.google.com/adsense.
  2. Click on Account settings.
  3. Under the section labelled "Account information", click cancel account.
  4. Follow the steps to close your account.
If after your account is closed you'd like to start using AdSense again, you're welcome to request reactivation of your account at any time. Simply log into your Google Account and then visit www.google.com/adsense.

Thank you for your participation in the AdSense program.

Sincerely,
The Google AdSense Team

Google
Hi,

As you may know, we recently updated our AdSense Terms and Conditions to make sure they're up to date and in line with other Google product policies.

We noticed that you haven't accepted the new Terms yet. When logging in to your account, you'll see a notification that presents you with the updated Terms and prompts you to accept them. You'll be able to skip this notification until May 23. After this date, one of your account administrators must accept the updated Terms in order for you to access your account and use the AdSense product.

Please be sure to review our new Terms and Conditions as a whole and accept them by May 23 to continue seamless access to your account. We look forward to your continued participation in the AdSense program.

Upcoming changes to the AdSense Terms and Conditions

Google
Hi,

We'd like to inform you that, starting April 23, we'll be updating the AdSense Terms and Conditions to make sure they're up to date and in line with other Google product policies.

When logging in to your account after this date, you'll see a notification that presents you with the updated Terms and prompts you to accept them. You'll be able to skip this notification until May 23. After this 30-day period, one of your account administrators must accept the updated Terms in order for you to access your account and use the AdSense product.

Here's a brief overview of what's changing:
  • With this new version of the Terms and Conditions, our goal has been to make them as clear and transparent as possible. As a result of this, we hope that it'll be even easier to navigate and find what you're looking for.
  • With mobile being one of the big trends in 2013 and beyond, we're expanding our Terms to cover mobile properties more specifically. We've also incorporated guidelines for using the AdMob SDK and other publisher products.
The updates outlined above are the main areas of change. There are additional changes throughout, so please review the Terms as a whole before accepting them.

We look forward to your continued participation in the AdSense program.

Sincerely,
The Google AdSense Team
